MOBILE TRAMPOLINE MAINTENANCE AND USE
Metal Parts Maintenance and Inspection
- When opening and closing the mobile trampoline, no one should enter under the wings. (with each use)
- After the wings are opened, foot adjustments must be made according to the ground. (with each use)
- The trailer head’s holding should be checked periodically. (with each use)
- The steel construction of the mobile trampoline should be inspected monthly, and any rusted areas should be painted. Painting extends the material’s lifespan.
Hydraulic System Maintenance and Inspection
- The hydraulic oil level on the mobile trampoline should be checked periodically. (every 7 days)
- The pistons for oil leaks should be checked periodically. (every 7 days)
- The hydraulic system pipes for oil leaks should be checked periodically. (every 7 days)
Electrical System Inspection and Maintenance
- The electrical system of the mobile trampoline should be checked periodically, and any faults should be repaired to ensure functionality. (with each use)
Brake System Inspection and Maintenance
- The brake system of the mobile trampoline should be checked periodically. (with each use)
Spring Inspection
- The springs on the mobile trampoline should be inspected periodically, and any dislocated springs should be replaced. (daily)
- Broken springs should be replaced with new ones. (daily)
Jumping Net Inspection and Maintenance
- The jumping net on the mobile trampoline should be inspected periodically. (daily)
- Torn ropes should be tied together by weaving from the break point and through the apparatus until they reach the broken rope. (daily)
- Locked apparatuses should have their locks secured again, and broken locking apparatuses should be replaced with new ones. (every 7 days)
Mobile Trampoline Tarpaulin Inspection and Maintenance
- The tarpaulins that have shifted should be repositioned and attached to the supporting columns. (daily)
- The tarpaulin cushions should be inspected periodically. The columns underneath that have come loose should be reattached, and any dislocations or tears in the tarpaulin capsules should be repaired. (every 7 days)
- Any Velcro strips on the tarpaulin that have come loose should be reattached to prevent damage. Seams in the tarpaulin should be repaired if they open or come apart. (every 7 days)
Environmental Protection Net Inspection and Maintenance
- The environmental protection net should be inspected every 15 days.
- Any tears or breaks in the protection net should be repaired by weaving. (every 15 days)
- After installing the mobile trampoline’s environmental net, the top and bottom clamp connections should be tightened with a rope after 7 days.
Actions in Bad Weather
- If the product is to be used outdoors, precautions should be taken according to the weather conditions to prevent damage.
- The use of the mobile trampoline in windy, snowy, or stormy weather is prohibited.
- During windy, snowy, or stormy weather, the mobile trampoline should be secured or stored away.
