ALUMINIUM BUNGEE TRAMPOLINE SPECIFICATION
BUNGEE TRAMBOLINE POLES: The main body should be 120x120x3 mm steel construction and static paint. Bungee trampoline poles should be made of 90 aluminium pipe.
CONNECTION EQUIPMENT :
It should be manufactured with CNC joint equipment. These parts should be processed with CNC and connected to the main body as screwing without using welding. Parts should be coated with galvanised against impacts and corrosion.
BUNGEE TRAMPOLINES : Trampolines should be galvanised and should not be smaller than 305 cm diameter. It should be produced from imported jumping net.
BUNGEE TRAMBOLINE TIRE : Rubber tyre should be used inside with textile braided outside. 1 m should extend 3,5 m. Tyre thickness should be 10 mm.
BUNGEE TRAMBOLINE BELTS: It should consist of a soft and strong waist belt and two integrating parts that wrap the legs. It should be manufactured from minimum 4 cm safety belt column. Columns must be UV additive. Imported buckle should be used.
BUNGEE TRAMBOLINE STEEL ROPES: All steel ropes in the system should use 8 mm hessian core steel rope.
BUNGEE TRAMPOLINE TENSIONERS :
12 Liftin made of stainless chrome material should be used. The carrying capacity of the lift should be minimum 250 kg.
BUNGEE TRAMPOLINE TENSIONING ROPES : Stretching ropes should be 10 mm thick. It should be UV additive and polyester braid.
BUNGEE TRAMBOLINE REELS : Swivel reels with high load carrying capacity should be used. It should prevent compression and abrasion of the tow ropes.
BUNGEE TRAMPOLINE SWIVEL : Stainless chrome 8 mm thick chrome material should be produced.
BUNGEE TRAMPOLINE CARABINER : Stainless chrome 10 mm thick chrome material should be produced.
BUNGEE TRAMBOLINE MOTORS: It should work with 220 w electricity. Hand control panel should have forward, reverse and emergency stop buttons. 500 kg pulling capacity.
