BUNGEE TRAMBOLINE CARE and USE
Inspection and Maintenance of Metal Parts
Bungee trampoline steel construction is installed as a disassembled system, it must be checked periodically. (every 7 days)
Bungee connection bolts on the metal parts of the trampoline should be checked, loosened bolts should be tightened and strengthened. (every 15 days)
Painted blisters caused by impacts and friction on materials should be prevented from rusting by applying touch-up paint (every 30 days).
Inspection and Maintenance of Joining Equipment and Steel Wire Ropes
Steel should be tightened in the event of loosening of the worms to which the ropes are attached (every 7 days).
The steel bungee ropes and lifts (tensioning) that fix the poles on the trampoline and provide balance should be checked periodically and the loosened lifts (tensioning) should be tightened. If the wires in the steel ropes break, they should be replaced with new ones (every 7 days).
The swivels and carabiners connecting the tyre and the belt on the trampoline should be checked periodically, in case of any malfunction, they should be lubricated and made to work, and in case of failure to work, they should be replaced with a new one. (every 7 days)
Triangle tarpaulins should be checked for wear and tear caused by wind. Tears and rips should be repaired by sewing (every 7 days).
Inspection and Maintenance of Tyres and Seat Belts
Imported and / or domestic tyres used in Bungee trampoline should be checked in daily periods, cracks, tears and ruptures occurring in the tyres are understood that the tyre has expired and should be replaced with a new one without being used. (Once a day)
The bungee belts on the trampoline should be checked, any rips, tears that may occur in the stitches on the belt should be repaired by sewing. (every 7 days)
When the Bungee trampoline is not in use, the tyres and belts must not be left fastened.
Engine Control and Maintenance
Bungee motors in the trampoline are electric, they should be protected from liquid contact.
The ropes on Motor should be checked. In case of wear and tear on the ropes, the rope should be replaced with a new one without using the rope. (Once a day)
The controls on Motor must be protected from liquid contact.
The emergency stop button on the Bungee motors is for safety purposes and should not be used when lowering and lifting.
Inspection and Maintenance of Trampolines
It should be checked that the trampolines under the Bungee trampoline are located in the centre of the jumping area after each use.
The springs should be checked and the dislodged spring should be replaced. Broken and opened springs should be replaced with a spare. (daily)
Tarpaulin cushions should be periodically checked for their connections to the skeleton, and the untied ropes should be strengthened by tying (every 7 days).
Jumping net seams and spring rings should be checked periodically, the trampoline should not be used in case of tearing in the permatron jumping net, opening in the seams, rupture in the spring rings, and necessary repair and maintenance should be carried out. (every 7 days)
Cleaning
Bungee trampoline seat belts should be wiped with a detergent cloth once a month, cleaned and dried.
Jumping nets should be cleaned with a detergent cloth once a month and then dried.
Tarpaulins should be cleaned weekly (daily if necessary) with a detergent cloth.
The ropes on motors should be cleaned with a detergent cloth (every 30 days).
End of Season
After the Bungee trampoline is dismantled at the end of the season, all parts should be maintained and metal parts should be dried and packed.
When trambolin springs are collected at the end of the season, damp or wet ones should be dried and packaged.
The engine group in the Bungee trampoline is checked and the defects seen are repaired. The screws of the connection equipment on the trampoline poles are checked, the loosened screws are tightened.
