You can make purchases on www.toysmar.com using online credit card (Visa-Mastercard) payment with a 3D security system, cash on delivery, credit card (Visa, MasterCard) on delivery, or bank transfer. Orders for which payment has not been made or received within three business days will be canceled. The time at which orders are processed is the moment we determine that the necessary charge has been made to the credit card account or that the bank transfer has reached our accounts, not the date the order was placed. Payment methods other than those announced on our website are not accepted.

www.toysmar.com will deliver all your orders accompanied by an invoice with a delivery note as required by law. In cases where the invoice and product are requested to be sent separately, the packages will be sent with a delivery note, and the invoices will be mailed to the billing address. All prices for purchases are announced in TL (Turkish Lira). During the order and payment process, prices are displayed to customers either as Price + VAT or VAT included.

www.toysmar.com is not responsible for price errors due to typographical and technical errors. In such cases, the buyer will be informed of the error, and options will be presented to the buyer.

Situations that did not exist or were not foreseen at the time the order was confirmed and that develop beyond the control of the parties, making it impossible for one or both of the parties to partially or completely fulfill their obligations and responsibilities under the contract or to fulfill them on time, will be considered force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, legislative provisions, seizure or strike, lockout, significant malfunctions in production and communication facilities, import problems, technical infrastructure issues…). The party affected by force majeure will immediately notify the other party in writing. Email is considered within the scope of written notification. The parties will not be liable for not fulfilling their obligations during the continuation of the force majeure event. If the force majeure situation continues for 10 (ten) days, either party will have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.

Since www.toysmar.com does not hold stock for some of the products it offers for sale, it is not responsible for the provision of all ordered products. In cases where all or part of the order cannot be fulfilled, the situation will be communicated to the customer, and appropriate options will be offered. The average maximum time for product procurement and delivery is 7 days.

Delivery of a paid order will be made by our own vehicles.

If your packages are not delivered within the specified time during your purchase, you need to notify us by writing to info@toysmar.com. Our service staff will be contacted, and information about the delivery date of the package will be provided to our member. Once the package is received, it is assumed that the delivery personnel have performed their duties properly. Therefore, packages that are determined to be damaged during delivery should not be accepted, and a report should be made. The report should then be sent to www.toysmar.com, and the situation should be reported via email to info@toysmar.com. www.toysmar.com will start work on the order and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible.

To cancel your order, it is sufficient to call our phone number 0236 302 02 27 on the same day.

Toysmar Game Groups will not accept returns of products if there is any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, or use of the product or its packaging, or if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer, and will not refund the payment. For any defects or malfunctions that occur after the product has reached the customer, the customer should contact Toysmar Game Groups.

However, except for the cases specified in article 9, the buyer can return the product within 14 (fourteen) days without providing any reason. In such cases, Toysmar Game Groups will bear the shipping costs.

All products are under the warranty of the manufacturer and importer companies unless otherwise stated.

Anyone who makes a purchase on www.toysmar.com is considered to have accepted all the above terms.

In situations not explained in this agreement, the Consumer Laws of the Republic of Turkey are valid.
